1.The branch personnel shall check the parcel properly before starting to scan. The parcel should be in its original box or packaging.

2.REJECT the parcel if as follows:

    a. Damaged or improperly packed.
    b. Super bulky.
    c. Unable to scan tracking number. 
    d. A waybill is crumpled or folded.  
    e. Tampered amounts or quantity and item description, with alteration or tampered in COD amount at 
    declared value and item description, any cover in the description of the item. f. The waybill is not ΒΌ size of A4 bind paper. g. Exceed in prescribed size. The maximum of the parcel is 70 cm. (H x W x L); and 20 kg
3 Do not input the tracking number manually

4. Branch Personnel may use a tape measure, ruler, or any means to ensure that the parcel will not exceed to maximum size.

5. No FEE shall be collected from the seller/client.

6. Client can leave the branch only after the transaction was done.

7. All DOP locations will be accepting inbound transactions until 4:00 PM only
